Splish splashin away.

I got to play in my first pool today, and I must say I love the water. Mommy lets me splish splash when I take baths, but not a lot because she says it gets messy. Today I got to splish splash all I want and mommy didn't seem to mind one bit. It was awesome.

18 months and 2 days old.

Mommy is a little late with this, but we've just been having too much fun together celebrating my 18 months on this earth. I got a baby, and that has occupied most of my time. I take her everywhere, feed her and make sure everyone know she's my "baby". Mommy has video of me saying "shhh" when she takes a nap. Which is a lot. So until the next update, this was me on my 18 month day.

So we got home from Nana's....

And I was so tired, that Mommy took about 5 pictures, all with flash, and I didn't stir a bit. But Mommy says I'm so cute when I sleep, she couldn't help but post this picture. She's so silly. Today we're going to the park when I wake up from my nap,and Uncle Sean and Uncle Scott are coming over for a Memorial Day bbque. Daddy's making ribs, so I'm sure I'll get my favorite, HOT DOGS! Happy Memorial Day!

The garden

Mommy has been asked, and wants to show off, the garden her and daddy have made so far. Of course it looks like a lot of dirt now, but they hope soon they'll have more green to show! Lots have been planted, and I'm looking forward to trying as much as I can (Dr. Culver isn't happy about strawberries yet...boo)

A lot of things coming!

I spent the past 5 days with Nana, whom I'm sure tomorrow night is going to be reaching for the Ambien bottle before the sun goes down. But Nana keeps telling mommy how great I am, how much I talk and how I love to give kisses.

While I was gone, Mommy and Daddy did the most work on our house since we moved in. Mommy planted a bunch of pretty flowers out in front of the house, and the did someting called "tilling" a big part of the backyard and got it ready for a garden. Mommy said we planted corn, pumpkins, peppers, carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, tomotos, and strawberrys. I can't wait to try all of them. Mommy said she's been taking pictures to show the progress, and to prove to people that mommy and daddy actually did it! They can barley move, so I'm guessing they worked really hard. I get to spend an extra full day this week because of something called Memorial Day, and I heard we're going to the park. Mommy also started scrapbooking again. She said I'll appriciate it when I get older.

Oh and Mommy and Daddy also found time to go see a movie, Angels and Demons. They highly recommend it.
